This machine can produce in continuous spiral tubes for cores or other use and cut by a saw blade with photocell for length setting (minimum 800 mm up to customer request).
The range of inside diameters are from 11 up to 80 mm and the thickness depends from the number of layers used and grammage.
A roller glue stand very simple with heaters can be located from 3 up to 8 plies at customer request.
Average production from 6 up to 12 mt/min.
